Return/Exchange policy

Rich Classy Boutique DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS for returned items. 

We are happy to exchange your item(s) for store credit or for another available item of equal value.

Exchange Guidelines

  1. Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit or exchange for another item of equal value.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense.
  3. All items must be returned at the customer’s expense.

Non- returnable items

  • Swim suits
  • Intimates ( underwear, lingerie)
  • All sale items

These items will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense

Return / Exchange Instructions

  1. Within 14 days, email our Exchange Department rc@richclassy.com informing us of your exchange request. Please add your Full Name, Order Number, and Reason For Return.
  2. All items must be returned at the customer’s expense. Once items are returned to Rich classy, an exchange status will be determined. If your return is accepted you will received your store credit code between 3 to 5 business days. Store credits good for one year.
